Dear Colleagues:
Building the Bridge to
Safety is what we do best. It can mean the difference between having a
good nights sleep, or wondering if you’ve protected yourself and
your family. Protecting your family and your loved ones can only mean
one thing. Safety in knowing you have made the right decisions for your
family and their future. It’s a subject that requires careful
consideration of the options which are available to help you feel more
secure.
We are here to help you
understand the health, social, and financial issues that will affect you
during your transition to your golden years and your Senior Status
(smile). Yes you are a Senior in training and within the next
decade that is what your title will be. A senior citizen my my does time
fly by!
Are you ready for the
“what ifs” in your life during your transition to a Senior. If is an
unavoidable part of life. That’s why many people choose to prepare for
the possibilities in their future with a complete financial plan,
however many of us often overlook it.
A sound financial plan
starts with insurance it is the foundation for all financial
planning. A simple gap in your insurance coverage could wipe
out years or decades of your retirement savings! We are in the second
decade of the new century and we have seen many changes that effect our
lives, changes in retirement, our health, life expectancies and even
ways of during business. Have you changed with the times?
The rules have changed
for retirement however many of us
operate under the same assumptions that our parents operated under.
Pension plans and defined benefit plans were champions for our parents.
Today those benefits have changed and many are gone companies have shifted the
burden to you. You are personally responsible for planning our own
retirement. The new benefits are defined contribution plans, the 401(k)
and IRA's just to name a few and many other vehicles to help you get to
that destination. So if you haven't started planning the day when you
can rest under the sun this is your wake-up call.
Many of us will have hard decisions to make during this decade. Some of you already are
faced with funding three difficult tasks: (1) caring for your elderly
parents or siblings; (2) retirement for yourselves; and (3) college for your
children and grandchildren.
This is going to be a decade full of new responsibilities along with a
host of critical decisions. Just try to remember you're not alone in
this its just the new reality for the 21st Century if you have
questions about any of these topics we have some answers and the
solutions. Call me today:
